As I am sure your haven’t failed to notice, the news is currently dominated by Coronavirus. As a result, we have carried out a review in an effort to ensure your safety. We continue to closely monitor government advice and the guidance of the World Health Organization regarding the spread of the virus.
Our aim is to ensure we continue to meet our customer’s needs whilst doing all we practicably can to keep you and our employees healthy.
Our already detailed cleaning processes have been up-scaled and all hard surfaces within vehicles such as steering wheels, door handles, gear sticks, etc. will be given extra attention and wiped with antibacterial sanitiser.
We have also introduced the use of air conditioning sanitiser in vehicles as appropriate.
We also continue to clean our premises frequently and are encouraging all employees to be vigilant about frequent hand washing.
We have always believed we have a flexible cancellation policy. As most of our customers travel within the UK, and there are currently no travel bans affecting areas within the UK, our cancellation policy of a full refund up to 48 hours before the hire commences, at no charge, will continue.
Those customers that have booked to travel abroad can contact our offices to discuss cancellations that fall between four working days and 48 hours of commencement of hire and we will do our utmost to accommodate you, and work with you.
However, we would strongly recommend that you source adequate travel insurance to include cover for travel disruption, to ensure you are covered, should your plans need to change.

We appreciate this may be a challenging time for many of our customers and I would like to reassure you that we are doing all we can to provide a safe rental experience.
However, we would also ask our customers to do their bit to try and stop the spread of the virus and respectfully ask that customers remove used tissues and empty food and drink packaging from our vehicle prior to returning as a courtesy to our employees.
